SwiftFileConvert is an online file conversion service that allows users to convert various file formats between different types.
Important: We automatically delete all uploaded files within 1 hour after conversion. We do not store or inspect the content of your files beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, convert, or distribute files that infringe upon intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to process files on behalf of third parties without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers to access the Service
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SwiftFileConvert and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
By uploading files to our Service, you retain all ownership rights to your content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SwiftFileConvert. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense to help operate and improve our Service. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request.
